  • Prices are subject to change based on availability, currency fluctuations, and supplier adjustments.
  • Full payment is required before the final travel documents are released.
  • Accepted payment methods include Mobile Money, Bank Transfers, and other approved channels.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in writing or by email.
  • Refund eligibility depends on airline, hotel, and third-party provider policies.
  • Processing fees and cancellation penalties will apply.
  • No refunds for missed flights, expired visas, or no-shows.

4. Travel Documentation

Clients must have valid passports (minimum 6 months validity), visas, vaccination records (e.g., yellow fever), and other required documents. We provide visa guidance, but approval is solely at the discretion of the issuing embassy or consulate. We are not liable for denied boarding or entry due to documentation issues.

5. Changes by the Customer

Requests to change travel dates, names, or services must be submitted early. Changes are subject to availability and may attract additional fees.

6. Changes or Cancellations by Us

We reserve the right to change or cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety, or supplier issues). In such cases, we will offer a suitable alternative or a full/partial refund where applicable.

7. Limitation of Liability

We act as an intermediary between you and third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.). We are not responsible for delays, damages, injuries, or losses caused by third parties or force majeure events.

8. Health and Safety

It is your responsibility to assess your fitness to travel and comply with local health requirements. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for medical, cancellation, and baggage protection.

Your personal data is protected under Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). We collect and use your data only for travel-related purposes and do not share it without your consent.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably or through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Ghana.
