Welcome to Kels Travel & Tours. These terms apply to all users of our services, both online and offline.
Clients must have valid passports (minimum 6 months validity), visas, vaccination records (e.g., yellow fever), and other required documents. We provide visa guidance, but approval is solely at the discretion of the issuing embassy or consulate. We are not liable for denied boarding or entry due to documentation issues.
Requests to change travel dates, names, or services must be submitted early. Changes are subject to availability and may attract additional fees.
We reserve the right to change or cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety, or supplier issues). In such cases, we will offer a suitable alternative or a full/partial refund where applicable.
We act as an intermediary between you and third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.). We are not responsible for delays, damages, injuries, or losses caused by third parties or force majeure events.
It is your responsibility to assess your fitness to travel and comply with local health requirements. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for medical, cancellation, and baggage protection.
Your personal data is protected under Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). We collect and use your data only for travel-related purposes and do not share it without your consent.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably or through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Ghana.
By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
